I really don't think Boldin is going to play.

In his absence, I think we see another big week from Mr. Breaston! Just a feeling...

Boldin shouldn't play. Our offense did fine without him and we will need him more in two weeks (and beyond).

If he is deemed healthy by a doctor and cleared to play he certainly SHOULD play. He will be just as neede din this game as any other.

But your right he shouldnt be rushed if thats what you mean.

Im disappointed.. The title for this topic had so much potential.. Something like "*********** Day" or something like that would have drawn so many more comments and views..

In theory, with the Cowboys banged up secondary...and the possbible suspension (you know it could happen) of A Jones...even our 5th and 6th receivers should have a big day.

My understanding is that the doctors want him out 2 to 3 weeks. If we can pick apart a beat up Dallas secondary like we did against Buffalo, and it looks promising, he isn't as needed as against Carolina. Carolina has the #3 pass defense in the NFL.

I know its early but how much happier are you with Breaston then BJ? BJ never had a QB on a streak like Kurt but the two games I have seen of Breaston - I am really excited at his potential and the ability to be a very solid #2 in the league.

There is always the possibility of Boldin suiting up and being used as a decoy like he was last year with his hip injury.

He had a great game, but Fitz's catch in double coverage was about as clutch as the throw was ill-advised.

Fitz didn't have the huge numbers but he was clutch as hell. Some of his catches were just jaw dropping.
