I trust QB Kurt Warner: Marc Bulger is BEST option for Cardinals in 2011!

Even more reason to forget the mediocre QB draft class this season and concentrate on fixing those two historical weaknesses instead.
Yeah, wouldn't want to be "snubbed" by the like of Bulger. Unless this was 2006.

Embarrassing. that'd be like getting the cold shoulder from the girl with the lazy eye.

It makes one wonder what Q had to say to Bulger about joining the Cardinals. Sounds like Q may have told Bulger he'd be better off looking for what they have in Baltimore...a team with good defense and a greater production in the running game. Been wondering this for a while.

This is all fine with me...don't want any part of Bulger.

Did Q tell him we make it to superbowls and our recievers catch balls?

How many remeber when we beat the Rams and Bulger. I emeber something like 5 interseptions, sacks etc; Bulger is no Warner and never was. In his younger days he was a good QB. But it's all gone. Orton or Kolbe is my calling card. If we bring in Bulger it should be as a back up to Orton or Kolbe,

I'm with you.

Me neither.

Ditto that. I am anti-Bulger ... unless he comes here. Then I'll try to get on board ... til he is benched. Actually, that sounds a lot like what I did last year with DA.

In all honesty, I cringe just thinking about having Bulger, even as a stop gap QB. I never ever realized that we would ever be talking about a situation like this.

Whiz or Graves set us back big time this year, and I hope like hell they get us back to our feet.

And to think just 2 years ago we were in the SB. I feel like pulling a Dorothy in Wizzard of Oz and keep repeating I wanna go back, I wanna go back.

Not since Q left. Since he went to Baltimore the Cards are 5-11, blown out several times and have receivers falling all over themselves to see who can drop the most passes.

I remain baffled why everyone wants to make QB decisions based on how bad the current pass protection is. The bottom line is there's not a QB on the planet who's going to consistently make winning plays if he's constantly running for his life. Even the runnings QBs. You either get plays from your QB in the pocket or you end up in the lottery.

So you might as well go ahead and focus on who's the best QB, period and hope and pray the line play improves. Someone with a quick release is probably going to excel more than someone who can run. Kurt Warner did it with similar results. He made that line look good.

I also like QB John Skelton a lot and look forward to his continuing development this off-season in the weight room, OTAs, mini camps & training camp.

But based on Kurt Warner's assessment and articles like the one below I think Marc Bulger could be very special playing QB for the Arizona Cardinals in 2011!

I 100% trust in Coach Whiz and Rod Graves!

After Matt L. Marc would have been the BEST alternate to KURT. :)

Bulger was good enough to take Kurt's job and send him packing so he might have more smarts than you think. Just bring the guy in and see what's there. It can't be worse than DOA.

Thanks to Bulger the Cardinals got Warner and went to a Superbowl. Now thanks to Warner the Cardinals will get Bulger and return to the Superbowl. Sounds good to me!

I am all for Bulger to come here. He definitly get the Cardinals back on top of the Nfc West and back into the Playoffs. I don't think he will get the Cardinals into the Super-Bowl. He will be great stop gap QB. I see nothing wrong with a stop gap QB.

Unless our offensive line improves drastically in the off-season...Bulger would be on IR for us.

With Kurt Warner and now Larry Fitzgerald both endorsing QB M.Bulger this has to be close to a done deal. Marc Bulger will be fun to watch in Arizona in 2011!

If this CBA stuffs works out, Bulger could be sporting and Cardinals jersey in a week!

I think I'm on board with this. I'd sign Bulger, draft a non-1st rounder QB, and let the draftee and Skelton develop for the year, and maybe beyond. I'm simply not sold on any of these QBs as 'the answer' at pick #5. Now, if we could snag Mallet in the 2nd? Wow, that would be a major coup.

If your not even sold on the "first round" QBs, why would you want one of the later ones? If we are drafting a QB let's get the best available or screw it and work on everything else, we already got back up QBs coming out of our ass. Start Skelton and draft a QB in the first, lets get this rebuild started.

About a week or so ago, KTAR played a clip from Bulger which was said after the season ended. I wish I could find it but, in a nutshell, he pretty much said that sometimes it's okay to just be the backup on a winning team. Didn't sound too fired up to be starting at the QB position. That's not a guy I want starting for my favorite team.
