If it puts more pressure on Keim and Mike then I'm all for a Cincy win
Rams winning the SB wouldn't put any more pressure on Keim and Mike. How could it?

The Rams went all in this year. In 2022 they are $8M over the cap with OBJ, Von Miller, Corbett and Michel hitting the open market and Whitworth approaching 42 year of age. On top of that they have very few draft picks to work with over the next couple of years.

If the Rams lose they could see their window slam shut and I would love to see that.

Rams is probably the last chance in this decade, but we know that can change dramatically. But with the most dominant D in the playoffs they should be the favorite. Beangles had really some lucky bounces and some luck. But they showed also, that the AFC isn't that distingushed at the top.

I don't know, from what we saw, I would state that the NFC was better this year than the AFC and that all 4 teams in the NFC Championship would have won against KC or Beangles. But at the end it's any given sunday.

The biggest advantage the Bengals have is that they don't know they're supposed to lose.
Those guys play hard.

The Bengals just being in championship game shows us up some. If they win it all, it's downright embarrassing. And not just for us either.

But the Rams are such richards man. I hope they lose 70-0.

That defense tho. So good, ugh. Hate it so much. Jimmy G and Shanahan fared a little better than Brady and the almighty Arians (and Kyler and K2), but when it got to crunch time, the SF offense got put on lock down. I'm really, really worried the LA defense is going to get them a ring.

Don’t have the Rams hate and don’t really care that much about the Bengals. I’ll settle for a good game.

As far as embarrassment if the Bengals win isn’t this like the 3rd SB they’ve been to? A little more cache than our Cards, no?

But they went from worst to first (or at least 2nd) at warp speed. The Cardinals? Not so much... :(

Rams we’re fortunate too. If Tartt grabs that easy INT, SF may very well have won the game. All teams, even great ones, need a little bit of luck if they’re gonna win it all.

What I try to do is not relate every single football game (and even other sports) to the Cardinals. Nor, do I want to compare single player on the field to Cardinals players.

If I can do that, I can actually enjoy the game in front of me at the moment.

Matthew Stafford agrees with you. Saw an interview with him where he really lavished praise on the D.

Could care less about the Rams, but have followed Stafford since his rookie year. Suffered through 12 years of the Ford family f-ing him with inferior teams. I'd really like to see him get a championship ring.

I want the Bengals.

I have to say I love Romo as a broadcaster but has anybody ever said anything stupider than him saying the Bengals should let the Chiefs score, from the 9 yard line, so they had more time when they got the ball back? 9 inch line ok debatable, but 9 yard line. they wound up holding them to a FG and won in OT.

As I was listening to him I thought am I wrong is the score not Bengals up 3 wtf is he talking about. I kind of knew then the Bengals would win.

Sadly, the Rams D line is going to crush the Bengals O line and Burrow is going to be running for his life or on his ass for most of the game.

My son has always liked the Bengals since he was little. I think he loved their helmets (which by the way are cool helmets) so anyway I even bought him one. I have followed the Bengals ever since and would watch them when they were on TV. Glad to see they are back in the SB. When he got older we would hit the bar to watch the game when the Bengals played the Cardinals, me rooting for the Cards and him the Bengals, always lots of fun. Hoping to se a few Icky shuffles in the SB. Since the Cardinals are not in the SB then at least this year I have a team I can truly root for instead of not caring who is playing.

I was hoping that Stafford would have been acquired by us after Palmer left so we could transition over to another veteran QB, but then he signed that big extension to stay in Detroit. Oh well.

Now that he is with the Rams? Don't care to see him get a ring.
