My guess is that you trust the C's too much. :p

lets see trust a person that will be going into the basketball hall of fame, a person who is thought of as one of the best owners in basketball today, a person who who has over 35 years of basketball experiance, and made the suns one of the winningest nba teams over the last 15 years vs. someone who has never had any pro b-ball experiance, never done anything over playing some street or high school basketball. when it comes to trusting someone to make the basketball chooses for this team i think i will go with JC.

No need to be a complete jerk dude. Even though you disagree with me, that is not cool.

chaplin, to be honest with you i dont want to be a jerk to you nor was that my meaning of my post. what i am trying to point out here is that while you and me may not like what this trade cost us. i also know that JC has more bball knowledge then we do and also he has a much better knowledge of where the game is going and what players are in the draft and what players may match up with the core of this team then any of us or even any reporters out there may have. and because of that i work at not be as critical of him and the management of the team.

i personally hate to giving up draft picks and yes i do feel that we gave up to much to move googs off the roster (i would have given this up to move penny but googs would have been gone at the end of the season). trust and respect are something that is earned. since JC bought this team he has shown agian and agian that he will do whatever he can to put a winner out there on the floor. because of this i am willing to give him my trust and respect until he shows that he no longer cares about winning.

i havent mad one single post saying that i thought we did well in this trade but i have made post saying that slamming JC or BC as cheap or saying that they dont care about this team is wrong they have proven that they are not cheap and have spent a lot of money and time on the valley showing that they do care about the team.

Oh, that means a lot.

a person who is thought of as one of the best owners in basketball today

That reputation is fading fast.

a person who who has over 35 years of basketball experiance, and made the suns one of the winningest nba teams over the last 15 years

True, he has been quite good to this point. Why do you think it's impossible that he's selling out? People do quit sometimes. Do you think Colangelo will hang on to his dream forever -- or is it more likely that he'll finally decide "enough is enough" and pull the plug?

And if he does decide to pull the plug, won't it look an awful lot like this?

no personally i think it would look more like the jailblazers line up. one of the things that JC has show over his time as the owner is that he wont put up with playes like what fills the blazers roster. so if all of the sudden you saw Jc starting to bring in a bunch of players like that you could count on the fact that he had given up on the team. JC has always want to have a team that wins with good people. the only time he broke this rule was with brakley and even that wasnt bring in a drug user.

I don't agree with that. Why would he do that? What does bringing in druggies have to do with giving up on the team? And why would it take druggies to do it? Why not just load it with young untalented (and cheap) players instead if there is no interest?

Uh oh.

So he wouldn't make any trades for a player like Keon Clark, for instance?

Besides, it's a stupid argument. Of course he wouldn't go out of his way specifically to bring losers to the organization. Instead he'd just mortgage the future in order to improve the immediate financial picture.

so doing thing like trading amare, jj, barbosa and the best lottery pick this team has had since 88, right? all of which he hasnt done. he traded a mid first round pick in a lottery that everyone is saying isnt deep and second round pick next year and a future knicks pick that is so protected if you ever get anything best then about 23rd pick out if you would be shocked.

clark wont be here long.
