The saddest thing is that we as fans have about as much knowledge as who should replace Mac as the ownership does. There have been a ton of names mentioned by posters and not all of those choices would work. The Bidwill's would have to get lucky with what ever name they pull out of the hat or we go through another 3 to 4 years of misery.
Changing the HC at this point is like doing a heart transplant on someone who is brain dead. The patient stays alive but that is it. The Parcell's of this league will not come to the Cardinals as long as the Bidwill's insist on having any input whatsoever.
This organization needs to turn the front office over to a proven NFL winner. Complete control in all matters and let that person make the decisions. He would know which coaches need to be replaced and by whom. Sure the Cards could get lucky and hire the percect HC who may develop into the next Parcell's but what are the chances of that?
Crazy thought; Vermiel wins another SB this year and then decides to try to fix another organization. Give him complete control and let him turn this mess around.
This idea has as much chance as us luring Ron Wolf to this inept organization but as I stated once before... I have a DREAM.
