Probably my favorite website. I don't think I could survive without IMDB or my DVR.

It's hard to believe sometimes that any website has been around for 15 years...

Still sometimes seems like a new thing, this ol' internet.

I just noticed IMDB's new design this evening, pretty slick.

I was wondering if we already had any threads on IMDB and found this one. I guess it's turning 20 this year wow.

IMDB's redesign is AWFUL. It's no longer a database, the information is much less accessible now, even if it's buried there still.

That site is RUINED. I'm told the pro version isn't worth the $$$, either.

It's not buried, it's just at the bottom of the page. Are you talking about the trivia and quotes and stuff?

I'm talking about everything.

If you want a site like this, just go to ew.com. Their new site is pandering to people that have the attention-span of a 3 year old.

+1. Really disappointed in it's new layout. You can find what you need but you have to work a little for it.

Did they go back to the old design? The other day I looked for Michael K. Williams because he is in Boardwalk Empire, and for the life of me I couldn't remember his name on the Wire (Omar). I went there, his show listing was atrocious, I had to expand to even find the Wire.

Today I went to the same page, and it is much more like it used to be (perhaps identical). Home page is still different, but sub pages are back to the old format - and I usually go deep into sub pages anyway.

Yay, for now.

The new design sucks. Why would they change it?

Oh GOOD, I thought I was the only one who HATED the new layout. Everything is much harder to get to now, ugh.
