It took DM 3 seasons to have the 'lights turn on" and I can't help but feel that Beanie is following in the same path.

I just hope the team does not give up on BW, for I still believe he will be a very, very good RB in this league...

I don't think that at all. This was the first time Beanie has been given more than 14 touches in a game. He might have done this all along if he was given the chance.

Not that I would call our situation an embarrassment of riches with THT and Wells, but Hightower did enough to warrant his carries, and Beanie had enough fumbles and missteps to limit his own. I really hope this year Beanie can settle into a feature back role, then Williams can come back and start becoming a dynamic complementary piece. I love the thought of it.

We never gave Garrison Hearst a chance and it seems we blundered along the way with Thomas Jones...I like what Wells is showing

IF Wells can stay healthy, I guarantee he will gain major yardage, because I think Whisenhunt is going to pound him into the ground this year and possibly all of next. I think he'll run the wheels off him for the next couple, three years.
