I've Seen Some Dirty Stuff In My Day But This Takes The Cake

In the Jets/Dolphins game, Miami was punting and Nolan Caroll was running down the sideline covering the punt when a Jets staffer or inactive player stuck their knee out and tripped Carroll up. Carroll was down for a bit but this is the dirtiest play I've ever seen and I hope someone loses their job over it. This has happened several times in the past and was the subject of a national story last year. I cannot imagine what the penalty would be? Maybe put the ball on the one yard line and kick the offender out of the league for a season.
