Even though I truly hate the rockets good for jacobsen glad he found a team that has atleast a shot to be decent.

I'm still surprised the Nuggets didn't give him some kind of guarantee, since they are hurting for shooters even more than the Rockets.

yeah, the Nuggets have 10 players for the 4, 5 positions with two of them capable of manning the 3 spot. They are super heavy in the frontcourt and really, really need a few outside shooters. Damn! Are they still have banking on the likes of Boykins?

The Rockets, on the other hand were looking for reliable shooters at the start of the off-season and they've added CJ and Battier. Spanoulis is an unknown because he shot well against US, but the commentator kept saying he was a very poor shooter. These additions are off the top of my head, who else have they picked to improve their shooting? hmmm...

edit: just checked, the other backcourt additions are John Lucas III & Kirk Snyder

Oh, and the Rockets have a guy named McGrady too.

The consensus was that the Rockets needed to get a better point guard more than another shooter, but you sometimes you take the best available player.
