Exactly. I heard him on the Rich Eisen show today. He is only sorry he got caught on camera. Haven't heard him self denigrate yet. Asked where did this punch reaction come from and his canned response is "I am doing community service".
He went into more detail. 18 yr. old immature idiot. "Learned that it won't go away. I have to be sorry and advance from that, and I am/will". "I learned about myself."

That doesn't speak of remorse. .

Seems that NFL "detectives" may have discovered a similar incident by him in high school. Smacked a female around.

He sounds like a real gem. Guys like him don't deserve the privilege to play in the NFL.

Rumor seems to be gaining traction. Hmmmm.

"We can now add one more piece of information that could force teams to avoid the talented running back. According to Pro Football Talk, Mixon allegedly hit another female when he was in high school. And while no charges were filed in that incident, teams are said to be looking into it.

That prior incident came to light during depositions in Mixon’s most recent case and could have wide-ranging implications on his draft status."

Innocent until proven guilty on the high school charge. Obviously punched a woman in college. I want no piece of this guy. Made my do not draft list. Right now it is a list of one.

Although the incident has been largely overlooked, a man named Anthony Hernandez alleged that Mixon punched his daughter in high school.

“I know for a fact he threw my daughter to the ground and hit her. I went to the school and . . . they hid him in the office. He got no punishment. The police even came. I was escorted off the campus as if I did something wrong. These are simply the facts, he’s a woman beater,” Hernandez said in a report read by the lawyer for Amelia Molitor, the victim in Mixon’s highly publicized incident at Oklahoma.

Mixon has denied hitting any other women and was not charged in connection with the alleged incident in high school.

Joe Mixon reportedly off draft boards of six NFL teams
It will probably never be clear how many NFL clubs have removed Joe Mixon from their draft boards. But the number is no lower than six, according to the responses from NFL executives polled by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel.

The former Oklahoma running back was barred from this year's NFL Scouting Combine under a conduct policy, and the Boston Herald reported last month that the New England Patriots would not consider drafting him. The Patriots certainly aren't alone, per the Journal-Sentinel report. Of 11 NFL executives polled on Mixon, six said their clubs would not consider drafting him, while two others declined comment.

Joe Mixon, Amelia Molitor issue joint statement announcing settlement of lawsuit from July 2014 incident
http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...les-civil-lawsuit-arising-from-2014-incident/

Call me a skeptic but my guess is the amount of the settlement is enough that in order for Mixon to pay up, he has to be drafted by a certain round. So Molitor's people probably advised her to publicly release this to try and stop his draft stock from falling anymore so he can afford to pay it?

The bottom line is that he will be selected before we would consider taking any RB. At this point, I wouldn't be shocked if he went before McCaffrey and Cook.
