I mean there is an outcome here where Majors sues New York for wrongful prosecution seeking damages to his career.

I get that! But the original leaks were that it was so heinous he was going to prison forever! How do you go from that to, well, maybe it's not as bad as we thought? I am wondering if this will get plea bargained down?
I would say that it falls back on the police department and prosecutor.

This set of text messages between Majors and his girlfriend don’t make Majors look too good.
No matter how this turns out Marvel brilliantly setup themselves up to pivot from Majors after Loki Season 2 if need be.

Several charges against him were dismissed and he went to trial and was declared not guilty of the remaining charges, as of July 2023.
