Disagree when it comes to ILBs.

Particularly 4-3 to 3-4. They’re responsibility becomes somewhat more containable. They have middle to sideline responsibility instead of the entire middle of the field. Moving from 3-4 to 4-3 is more difficult because your responsibility expands.

Disagree with your disagreement...MIKE LB is way different than the 3-4 ILBs with regard to gap assignment, fits, reads, and space in most coverages...

I say that as a kid who in college had to move from 4-3 MLB to 3-4 Mike. Mike was more attack and react. MLB was a lot of thinking, but you had to process quickly. I would be mentally tired between sets as MLB and more jacked between sets as Mike.
