So then i assume you guys don't like it when a guy has breaking news and says "sources within the organization say......". It's all in the business you have to beat the other guy to the punch whether or not you can reveal your sources. I know for a fact that Jurecki is friends with players and higher ups in the organization so its not like hes making **** up. If Michael Bidwill says something to Jurecki that is negative he really can't come out and say "Michael Bidwill has expressed worries about Dennis Green being another Buddy Ryan". What you guys forget is Jurecki has suffered through the same crap that we all have with this team except he has been front and center in it. He started covering the team back when Buddy Ryan was the coach and he has seen the coaching changes at every step. He doesn't buy into what Green's doing and he hasn't seen anything out of this team as of yet. You all act as if the team is 3-0 not 0-3. The fact is the offense has looked bad and Green's specialty is suppose to be offense. The bottom line is this team is still bad and the only bright spot thus far has been the defensive back field.

and so sending "memos" to the coach about how to handle callers on his show is insightful?

Telling us how RG makes $400k a year and DG makes millions in a poor attempt to show who is in control is breaking news?

I just think it's funny that you all are the same guys that loved Jurecki the past 5 years when he was the only one talking cards and he would bring you the info about the team good bad or ugly. Now that the posh thing to do in valley radio is to kiss DG's ass and talk cards you all don't like the fact that MJ doesn't buy into everything. It is what have you done for me lately and all DG has done is put the cards at 0-3 for the first time sense being in AZ. MJ does look at the positives, just read his article on the Atlanta game that was just posted on the board. He praises the good stuff in the first paragraph. The bottom line is we had a guy that came in here and spun things and broght a lot of "talk" about the Cards. His name was Buddy Ryan. Talk is cheap from DG i want to see W's on the board and i want to see massive improvement throughout a season. As of right now all DG has done is come in and said to the fans 10-6 and playoffs are where we are headed but deny it to the media and what he has given us is 0-3. As for "memos" to the coach, it was a controvertial topic that MJ went over the line on.

You, like most of the pundents, refuse to be fair to the Staff that runs the Cards today. DG made certain comments to motivate his team. He has to live with that. He inherited little depth from the previous regime and what impact players he did get are on the sidelines. His comments were made before these injuries and he hasn't backed down from them. He knows how far this team is away on offense. Why is everyone giving a free pass to the Front Office here. They penny pinched the last two seasons at 10mil under the cap and have little depth. We are still 6mil under and we have no running back. That speaks volumes. DG has worked miracles just to make this team competitive in the 3 games. The players are responding to his staff on defense. When Boldin is back we have another legit weapon on offense. McCown is a work in progress anyone that knows football knows this. The bottom line as you put it is that we have been competitve against 3 playoff caliber clubs. We are playing with intensity on defense and with a sense of purpose on Offense. Eliminate mistakes and this team will stay competitive until impact guys can be added later this year and next. Patience should be the key word here...not panic, which some here would rather do. It has been 3 games already. And lets face it these are the CARDINALS!

Well, he's not impartial. And, you have to realize he's very biased. He never lit into McGinnis like he has into Green. He, and the other media in town, gladly downplayed Mac's warts.

For example:

After the big "First-place-on-the-line" vs. the 49ers game, it was reported that the 49ers were actually calling out our plays on offense before we ran them and laughing about it on the field. And, it was on both sides of the ball. After a game against Detroit (that we won 45-42) McKinnon told the world that we had a hard time stopping the Lions (who won two games that year, Batch was the QB) because they knew all of our defensive calls because they were the SAME ONES we used under Tobin! Tobin was on the Detroit staff that year.

Does anyone remember Jurecki, or Bordow, Bickley, et al, making a big stink about that?

Really, Green will take care of himself, wins or losses, that will tell it all in the end. I can't take Jurecki's criticism too seriously.

Be careful what you wish for. That is the only show in the Valley that is at least 60% NFL talk. If Jurecki goes, they might put NASCAR talk in that time slot.

Yeah, he has been biased lately, but like someone else said, the Cards are still 0-3.

My main complaint with the show is that they take so few calls. And when they do take calls it's only with like one minute remaining before the break. I like Bob Kemp's style a lot better.

Since when do the words 'Jim Rome' and 'good radio' ever get used in the same sentence? This is the guy who repeats things, LITERALLY, for five minutes with 'dramatic pauses'. The guy who harps on something irrelevent for even longer. Who insults his listeners. Ungh. Like waiting in the dentist's office...you know something unpleasant is coming.
