The only things that didn't go well today was Matt at QB and covering Olsen. Otherwise perfect.

Yeah Matt didnt seem like he was in the game yet. And Adrian Wilson is a liability in coverage. Other than that, Beanie and TH looked good. Doucet looked good, Breaston looked good, Antron had a couple shots at some big plays, but all in all a great game.

Yep sitting Anquan while he was not happy, was the right decision and worked to a T.

Just what we needed today.

If Q is still not 100% I sit him next week too, we can beat Seattle without him. No reason to risk him further aggravating it.

I loved Q but he is now never fully healthy and we have shown repeatedly we can win without Q including playoffs.

the limited time Doucet has been on the field last year and today he has caught everything thrown to him.

Didn't pepole say the same thing about Breaston, btw, that he cannot be a good WR?

How do you know?

You're talking about the Cardinals' all time leading receiver. I don't have the burden of proof. How do YOU know Doucet is Q's replacement? If Doucet was like Q he would have Q type stats early in his career. He has shown nothing but a great ability to catch with his body and get hurt.

I really believe Doucet is a Boldin clone. And that may include his injuries

Doucet has shown nothing even close to anyhting to even be considered a Boldin clone. Similar Build is all.

You don't necessarily need to have a Q-like start. Fitz never did have a Q-like start. You need a WR to play full career. What is that Q start getting us now when he is constantly banged up? And yes, Doucet has shown he can be a very good WR with very limited time he has gotten.

Q has been great, but do you think he will ever match the numbers he put up early in his career? His style of play dictates contact and unfortunately injuries take their toll on him. I don't think anyone is saying Doucet is as good as Boldin but I think what they are saying is he can replace Boldin and be an effective WR. Doucet won't be asked to be a number 1 WR and Boldin despite not being a #1 anymore probably wants to be paid that way.

Doucet doesn't have as many yards in his career as Q did in his first game.

Banged up and all, he still has the longest reception for the team this season. Q has been productive hurt. Doucet has had more injuries early in his career than Q. If you want to replace Boldin, replace him with someone with speed. We've had possession receivers only for how many years now? Even Breaston isnt as fast as advertised. I love Q, and I like Doucet, but don't insult Q by saying Early can replace him.

He's come along so slowly it's hard to say just exactly what can be expected of him. He's not the overwhelming talent Boldin was when he came into the league, that's for sure. But, I hope you are right and he really does replace Boldin to the extent of 100 catch seasons, Pro Bowls, etc.

He doesn't HAVE to be a 100 catch Pro Bowl player as our #2 WR, if we can get 70 catches and 1000 yds and 5 TDs or so I'd say he is more than a capable replacement. Most #2 WRs don't put up 100 catches a season.

Boldin is a great player still, and would be a #1 on a lot of teams but I honestly don't think the Cards are going to pay him what he thinks he is worth not with Fitzgerald and Breaston on the roster.

Then he wouldn't truly replace Boldin. Sure, we can still be a winner. And that's all that matters at the end of the day.

A replacement doesn't have to have equal numbers he just has to fill a similar role and I think he may be capable of that (although we haven't seen enough to say for sure).

Don't mention Kurt Warner and his 5 touchdowns after what you said about him last week and predicting a loss this week.

I said he'd have a comeback game today and he did and I also said we'd win and we did....BIGTIME......:DGIVE WARNER HIS PROPS MAN!!!

I never said we'd lose. Kurt did well yes. Congrats, you called it. Game ball goes your way. The team played amazingly well for a half, had some set backs but pulled it out. Kurt played very very well. The god Warner showed up this week. Hope we can count on him showing up the rest of the season.
