Hey you’re onto something. If one of your stud kickoff team guys can actually kick the ball then why not use him instead of your FG kicker?
He’s a better (extra) tackler and you don’t risk your FG kicker on kickoffs.

Yeah, you don't get a running start anymore per se since you have to be within one yard of the line when the ball is kicked.
