Mack is awesome, but giving up 2 1st round picks AND a huge contract is a lot. He could be worth it to pair up with Chandler Jones. They'd be a heck of a rushing duo...as we all know Gold is gone after this season.
If Keim could figure a way to make the deal happen without destroying the future of the team I'd be for it.

Or even Von Miller. Mack does not have the production of Donald/Miller or a healthy Watt.
Right. He’s not even the best defensive player in his own division let alone the NFL.

Still very great though.

Ok so he's not Aaron Donald but who is. Your talking outside pass rushers then your talking Miller, Mack and Jones in whatever order you want to put them

He's a legit top 5 defensive player in football right now at the most important position on that side of the ball pass rusher. Oh and he's YOUNG guys like this never come on the market. This speaks to the Raiders

Jumped on to say just what NJ said above. Our first round hasn't produced much impact since Patrick Peterson. Humphries and Bucannon and Reddick still starting, maybe Rosen will pan out, but star power has been very limited. Now that we have our QBOF, I'd make this trade. Maybe Golden can be an inside presence like Butkus, and our run stopping issues are solved as well.

Aaron Donald supposedly close to a 6 year $135M extension with $87M guaranteed. Mack is licking his chops right now.

You want three All-Pro's on your defense? Pay the piper. (This realistically can only be done if your QB is on his rookie deal).

The most an NFL team has surrendered for a defensive player is when Vikings traded a 1, two 3’s and a swap of 5’s to Chiefs for DE Jared Allen. Bears trade for Khalil Mack, when it gets done, will top that, making it the most an NFL team has surrendered for a defensive player.

A few facts on Mack from league sources:
1. Gruden barely spoke to Mack and Mack felt disrespected from the start.
2. Raiders players are in a sense of shock right now. Mack is highly respected in that locker room.
3. Gruden has pondered trading Mack since taking the job.

Sounds like Gruden picked the worst team to send him to get the highest projected picks. I never thought they’d trade him to a contender.

If Roquan Smith pans out, Bears D has a chance to return to glory.
