Last time you played an RPG? (old schooL RPG'ing with dice)

How long has it been?

It has been at least 8 years for me... Last game I played was AD&D 3.0. I think...

I tried Enchanted Arms, because I got it for $10. Played for about 2 hours.

I play COD4 because of its RPG elements. Advance Wars on the DS/GBA has RPG elements as well.

The last RPG I really got into was Oblivion though. Played that one well over 50 hours.

Oh damn. A buddy of mine created our own based on Street Fighter characters back in junior high. That might have been the only time I have ever done that.

I haven't play a table-top RPG for about 14 years...something about living in Oregon encourages that type of behavior.

We tried different RPG's over the years, but nothing stuck like AD&D. I had the books for 2nd Edition, but none of my friends wanted to deviate from the 1st Edition rules.

I never had the imagination for it...I tried back in high school but just never really got in to it, I had more fun making up the characters than playing.

You know, I found this for probably THE best game of all time. A little RPG called Final Fantasy VI (3 originally in the US)

I played some Baldur's Gate over the summer when I was bored in South Dakota.

Pen and Paper? Some dude in our dorm at my JC had us play a ridiculously over the top game which I played in a few times because it was fun. He doled out magic items like nobody's business. That was 16 years ago.

Oddly enough I've only got to play a table top once. A game called Shadowrun, I'm sure some of you know it. I kept rolling snake eyes on a willpower check (constitution check? I dunno, I was drinking) which I was told is equivalent to my avatar poo'ing himself. I did so about 3 times.

Had a blast. The guys I played with were so stereotypical it was a little disconcerting.

Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion on PS3.....though I haven't touched it in months cause it steals your soul.....

I've been playing Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind on my PC (I own Oblivion but it doesn't work on my computer). The fact that you can find thousands of mods online and make your own makes the replay factor extremely high.

Last RPG I played was Rogue Galaxy. Last I completed was Suikoden 5. The Suikoden series is my favorite video game franchise of all time.

Never played a table top RPG. I always wanted to. A good friend of mine down the street used to have family D&D nights. They were hardcore and would never let me play. Looking back on it now, I'm glad they didn't.
