I like sunstzu's idea of jefferson, hes still only 25 as well. That lineup that chap posted would be devastating. No one in the league could play with our bench.

If we're gonna fantasize about a Minnesota big I'd just as soon it be Kevin Love. Not that I'd turn down Jefferson but I like Love's long term value better.

Except that the Wolves won't give Love up. They are actively shopping Jefferson.

Kevin Love isnt available, nor should he be. Jefferson on the other hand is.

Sure, but so does everyone. Love isn't available, whereas it's an open secret that Jefferson is.

I can honestly say other than when they played phx i didn't see any of toronto last year. I knew hedo had a bad year, but i didn't know it was this bad:

ppg: 11.3
fgp: .409

Hopefully he's not done.

Hey it's my fantasy. I'm delusionally convinced that the only reason they're shopping Jefferson is because the two don't play well together and they think Al has the most market value. So we swoop in, get Love on a discount and everyone's happy. Well, mostly I'm happy.

J-Rich has become my favorite Suns player, but they desperately need some inside presence. I am not quite sure how Jefferson would work with Nash, and he's been mediocre last season. Definitely intriguing though. Phoenix needs a big man, and J-Rich will probably be used to acquire one.

I still don't think you can combine players with the TPE, it's been said a million times unless there is a rule in there i don't know about.

You can't teach 6'11"/260lbs. The dude is a BEAST!!!!

Haha I know , I actually liked Dwayne Jones a lot and wished the Suns had played him in the playoffs over Jaron FRIGGIN Collins who was well you know.. Not really distraught over losing Jones though, even though he had crazy energy and had some nice games with the Suns in garbage time.

I have some pretty off-the-wall fantasies too, but I have the decorum to keep them to myself. Wait, are we still talking about basketball?

Toronto fans are so happy they dumped Turkoglu. We really should have gotten more out of the deal.

It would have been nice, but remember, Atlanta had to be talked into it too, because they hold Childress's rights. The sweetener went from Toronto to Atlanta, bypassing the Suns.

I'm starting to regret mentioning fantasy and Kevin Love in the same sentence.

Barbosa was of no use to the Suns anymore and I'm kinda glad they made this move. I hope Glu helps, in this offense he would be lethal. Imagine stretching out the defense with both Glu and Frye at the three point land?

David West? He averaged 7.5 rebounds per game last year, and he's no better than Amare defensively. Actually all the guys mentioned so far here (Randolph, Jefferson, and West) are pretty poor defenders. Jefferson has had injury problems. Randolph is a head case. Besides, someone would have to explain to me why Memphis would make that trade. It doesn't make any sense to me.

One thing is for certain. If Robin Lopez has more back problems this season the Phoenix Suns might have the worst defensive starting lineup in recent memory. The Turkoglu/Steve Nash combination is hardly going to make people forget that Amare Stoudemire/Steve Nash combination on defense.

They were to separate deals. Suns sent TPE and future 2nd for Childress. Then sent LB and Jones for Hedo. As far as I know they didn't have anything to do with one another(other than signing Childress meant LB was going to be gone).
