You beat me to it.

I and Red Desert were the ONLY ones on the board screaming for Warner over Leinart the year of the Super Bowl. Resorting to hyperbole is a desperate measure.
Ill help you out here a little Mitch. There were more than just you two. Molker was on the 2008 KW bandwagon and many others. IIRC the board was split 60/40 matt/kurt
Yeah sure ok. All of those BSP comments and threads must have been by someone else.

This is so you to cheapshot K9.
Let me tell you all you need to know about K9.
Last year before the draft he told me I was idiot for predicting that more than 11 QBs would be drafted. We bet an Arizona Cardinals shirt from the Pro Shop on it.
15 QBs were drafted.
Besides a lame cover-up excuse ridden mention of losing the bet when someone posted to call him out on it, I never heard from the guy. Not one PM. Nothing. Says alot about him.
You could have explained that in a PM...the problem is you have very little integrity. You've got a big mouth that you don't and cannot back up.
On a lighter note, you are a year late on the 2008 NFC Champ celebration (avatar, headline, sig).
a few thoughts:
1. the play of the two QBs relative to starting offensive lines is exactly the same as Whis did last year -- when Warner was the clear cut #1. Whis promised Anderson an opportunity when he signed here, and is keeping his word.
2. Leinart also played into the 2nd quarter. He stayed with both to try to get the offense going.
3. With Whis' contract extension and performance the last two years -- he is officially immune to any coercion from Rod Graves. If Whis didn't want Leinart, he would be gone already.
4. So Derek Anderson led a furious passing comeback rally against the Cardinals after going down a couple scores. That makes him exactly like pretty much every other QB in the league. Based on that, we are trading for David Garrard.
Mitch-
Always love your posts. Except the ones about QBs.
I think they might be inducting Chris Greisen into the Hall of Fame this year???.
I see everybody is rounding out well into mid-season form...
Probably time to close the thread mods.
I know I still owe you a shirt. I'm sorry if it's been a hard summer for me and my family. Thanks for being a jerk about it.
Maybe I'll start a thread telling everyone that I'm leaving. And then I'll do another one. Then another.
If you made a bet with Mitch, pay up. I'm sorry for your situation, but you have had a year do so.
What we will never know, Stout, is what BSP could have done if he was healthy. I swear to you, he had a chance, health permitting.
Sorry to rebut your argument, Donald, but as Cris Carter pointed out about the play...was that the ball should have been thrown sooner and faster...which would have enabled Fitz to juke the safety. He's right about that.
Warner was great at this kind of timing...obvioulsy he sacrificed it with Q on a desperation 4th quarter pass in NY...which is why Warner contemplated retirement afterward.
I think you're horribly wrong, Mitch.
I've had four months. The draft was in late April.
