Joe Burrow... the flavor of the month? Lol. Okay. You mean the guy that has won EVERY PLAYOFF GAME HES EVER PLAYED IN COLLEGE AND PRO?

Maybe we’re not talking big about our guy because sadly, in comparison to Burrow, there’s nothing to talk about since our guy has choked in almost every big game he’s ever played and after taking a dump on the field in the playoffs, he decided to take a digital dump on the team off the field as well.

Why don't you go root for Cincy? I'm sure they have message boards over there where you can brag about his defense carrying him through the playoffs. We never had a chance to draft Joe Burrow. Your perspective is that if we don't have the best QB in the league every year we should just whine incessantly and **** on our guy?

Our guy is bringing all this criticism on himself with his back to back second half meltdowns, mind-numbingly stupid statements about his football level genius, horrific performance in the playoffs and then taking a digital crap on himself and the team after all of the above.

But hey, if you want to pretend all is well and attack posters who disagree because it makes you feel better, more power to ya.

and the agent says "No comment".

yeah, so much of Kyler Murray is rubbing me the wrong way after another epic collapse, just outrageously stupid/self-indulgent comments about not being a big film guy because "he sees everything on the field", then throwing up one of the most pathetic playoff performances ever, punctuated by the laughingstock play of the playoffs and now in essence throwing what looks like an on-line temper-tantrum for a guy who hasn't proven jack-squat about being a leader for a year in, year out winner.

And "No comment" says it all.

I feel I can take this opportunity to go full Mitch. Alright, Kirk has spoken to the Cards and there seems to be no real desire on the Cardinals part to bring him back, especially for any large sum of money. Kirk cries to his mama because his tape reveals he's a mediocre fringe #2 WR. Mama gets all upset and goes on social media that the Cardinals have issues and that's why her boy should get a decent pay day because his sucky play was the Cardinal's fault
This is fun by the way
Kyler and Kirk are tight. I can recall seeing them towards the end of the Ram embarrassment all smug talking to each other, the wimp Kirk with his hands tucked up under the collar of his shoulder pads acting tough, though during the game he acted like a real ****** stopping on two routes. Well, after the Cards are rather meh about giving him a new contract, he goes running to his buddy Kyler and vents about how the Cards are dissing him and Kyler goes "I got you bro". Kyler goes to the front office and puts in a word for Kirk, or rather maybe even on the side of a demanding they keep him
Things are not really ***** dory in Cardinal land right now because Michael has gone off on Keim, Kingsbury and even the water boy. Kyler pushes it too far and Keim or Kingbury go off on Kyler. Kyler's feelings are hurt and instead of playing the extension game later and waiting for the talks to happen in earnest around camp, he does it now
Someone asks Kirk about Kyler and Kirk backs him :raccoon:
...now if Mitch copies my unreal fantastical story, I will start a smear campaign about the Patriots and any undrafted free agents he thinks are going to be Hall of Famers on all my social media apps

I don't know if this whole deal is anything real or not, but it is yet another odd storyline about this team in the last month.

Potential blowout between Michael, Keim and KK
Rumors about coaches not getting playoff bonuses yet
Being named in the Flores suit (justified or not)
Franchise QB potentially unhappy

And this is after a debacle of a playoff performance. It's a tough start to an already challenging off-season.

He and Kliff have the same agent. Is Kyler pulling a, “If he goes, I go…”?

For more than I year I have thought Murray wanted to play baseball. It's a non contact sport and he will likely survive more years in baseball than trying to run away from the Aaron Donalds in the NFL. Couple that with the fact he doesn't like to watch film and doesn't appear to be a student of the game or a leader of men it wouldn't surprise me one bit if he decides to give baseball a shot. And after watching him for 3 years I am not convinced he will ever get the Cards to the promised land.
It’s too late for a legitimate shot at baseball. I don’t understand why that’s so tough for everyone to understand.

If Cardinals fans are upset that Kyler deleted photos of his dog from Instagram I think they need some therapy

Ok. So the Cardinals weapons (minus Hopkins) and Oline are vastly superior than the Bengals.

There's no way the left side of the Bengals line is actually decent. Burrow is just making miracles, I guess.
Their offensive line is worse than ours by a mile. I dunno what to tell you if you haven’t watched them and only rely on awful PFF.

And yea, absolutely they have better weapons than us. But WRs don’t cause you to curl up fetal. And they cause you to get passes tipped. And they don’t cause you to throw god awful pick sixes in the playoffs. And they don’t stop you from using your food given running ability.

But I’m sorry, kyler is to blame for nothing (borrowing the hyperbole page). Look, down the stretch kyler played as poorly as anyone else on the team. He certainly didn’t elevate anyone.

Sorry but the Boomers are the folks who don't understand context and still believe the false information about Kyler deleting Cardinals content and unfollowing the Cardinals, neither of which are true. Boomers are easily confused and angered by convoluted situations. Players don't delete their ENTIRE social media photo album when they are holding out on a team. They may purposefully remove the content relating to that team. That's not what happened here.

It's just as likely that Kyler is signaling that the only things that matter to him are accomplishments. He deleted everything but the Heisman and Pro Bowl. A figurative message that the Superbowl is sill an unnacomplished goal. It's easy to write whatever fanfic you want, which is exactly what's going on here.

Lol. There it is. The inevitable questioning of someone’s fandom because you dare to recognize when a player on another team is better than your player. Weak sauce.

He ain't getting **** after three straight years of not playing baseball.
Talk about unrealistic
The kid is 24 years old. There are 27 and 28 year olds in the minors who get called up. The fact that the A's still own his baseball rights and not just given them up and moved on speaks volumes
Talk about very realistic...
As a baseball fan also. The fact that baseball viewer ship has fallen off a cliff and fans are continuing to leave because of the disfunction of the MLB. I have No problem believing the A's would take him in a second and put him on the field, if only to put butts in the seats and increase revenue....
Very realistic

I can recognize a lot of players better than Kyler Murray at football. That's not really an accurate representation of what's going on.

You’re free to believe that. I think his agent’s “no comment” factors into this no? And the silence in the face of a torrent of national media talking about it like it’s a dis of his team? No?

Those are career ball players. He’s not. And it’s not just about whether he could make the bigs. It’s also about a multimillionaire being willing to spend years in the minors on busses in small podunk towns. Just really unlikely.

You told cheese to go root for the bengals because he dared to say burrows was better than kyler. How did I misinterpret that post?

Who's to say his agent knows anything about what Kyler Murray chooses to do on social media? Why would he comment on that?

Kyler has a history of posting things that are open for interpretation, not explained. For instance, he tweeted a short clip of Thanos during the season that people speculated about a bunch. But only Kyler knows what it means to him.

So it's not out of the ordinary for him to send a message that's intended for himself. And if Kyler wiped his past from social media, who's to say he's even checked in to see the reactions? Dude could be internet free and working on improving right now for all you know.

Again not an accurate representation at all. Saying X player is better than Kyler is nothing. Tom Brady is better than Kyler Murray. You can have an opinion like that without slandering Kyler Murray in every way possible.

Would be great if that’s the case. Just speculation all around.

Being compared to the next "Bo Jackson". Murray would NEVER see the minors. He would go straight to the bigs.
The MLB is as about as disfunctional as a professional league gets right now. Just the T.V deals alone for the A's would make it worth it for them.

Lol. He didn’t “slander kyker in every way possible.” He compared burrows’ successes to kylers failures. And you told him to be a bengals fans (violation of board rules, btw, I believe). So I’ll repeat my observation of your post: lame.
