I thought he was a solid last year. This year not so much. Time to move on

Wasn't Nurkic asked to change how he plays this year, shooting more 3s, which keeps him away from getting rebounds. Then he is criticized for lower rebounds and less points because he has not become a 3 point shooter. Now they pick up a center who sets picks, rebounds and easy putbacks. Wonder if he will also need to become a 3 point shooting center.

Before the team sent Ighodaro to the d-league team, I had an outside-the-box idea: send Nurkic to the d-league! Why would anyone do that? To give Nurkic something vaguely useful to do but also get him out of the Suns locker room. I am worried about Nurkic being a locker-room cancer.

Last year we ran a lot of the offense through him. This year not so much, and I’m sure he’s not happy with his role. Either way he’s utilized doesn’t matter because he’s so bad on defense.

Pretty sure that isn't even an option. You've gotta be on a 2 way deal or on your rookie contract to go to the g-league.
