Got itBanned for something
FTFYthis is ridiculous.
I know nothing about Bickley but it would not surprise me at all if Kliff let it go. It’s not like Kliff instills discipline.Bickley has a seemingly personal vendetta against Murray. I find him almost unlistenable because of his blatant character assassination.
This isn't college football wher disciplinarian types do great, outside of Belicheck of course.I know nothing about Bickley but it would not surprise me at all if Kliff let it go. It’s not like Kliff instills discipline.
T.J. Watt: NFL fined me for saying I checked my phone during halftime of Week 18
Steelers linebacker T.J. Watt tied the NFL’s official single-season sack record by dropping Ravens quarterback Tyler Huntley for a loss during the first half of a Week 18 game between the AFC North teams, but he thought he might have actually broken the record. Watt tackled Huntley for a loss...www.yahoo.com
Apparently it is against NFL rules to even look at your phone during half time and you face hefty fines for doing so
So that Bickley story is indeed a gigantic lie

Nope. He's an NFL "star" QB that wants a huge contract extension. He absolutely does not have this excuse. Not n the least. My view of this situation now after all that has transpired is Kyler is just a little immature but at his age it's natural and being 'young dumb and full of it' is something we were all once guilty of except probably on a lesser stage of attention, at least I know I had my moments. Good kid that just has some growing up to do. I am worried about Keim and the draft now lol
Arians too. Rivera. Kliff’s bro-ness is not the norm. And if it’s true that kyler sits with headphones or calls his girl how is it not a kliff issue?!?This isn't college football wher disciplinarian types do great, outside of Belicheck of course.
I think it's funny that fans take every swipe they can at Kingsbury. How is this his fault?
i dont think McVay or Zac Taylor are disciplinarians. Pete Carroll is a upbeat and positive as they come. Andy Reid?Arians too. Rivera. Kliff’s bro-ness is not the norm. And if it’s true that kyler sits with headphones or calls his girl how is it not a kliff issue?!?
There’s a difference between disciplinarian (which many of you are using as hyperbole) and someone who coaches accountability. For instance, kliff wouldn’t be a disciplinarian if he said to kyler “kyler, take the headphones off, put down the phone and come and join the team.”i dont think McVay or Zac Taylor are disciplinarians. Also, no one would ever confuse Reid with a coach bro type. He’s old school.i dont think McVay or Zac Taylor are disciplinarians. Pete Carroll is a upbeat and positive as they come. Andy Reid?

That report has been pretty much debunked.Arians too. Rivera. Kliff’s bro-ness is not the norm. And if it’s true that kyler sits with headphones or calls his girl how is it not a kliff issue?!?
Headphones? I recall the nfl’s rule being presented but absolutely nothing regarding kylers actual actions. It's not true. He can't have his phone like 90 minutes before the game until the end

Tom Clements coming out of retirement to go back to Green Bay as QB coach sure is an interesting development... probably unrelated but hey may as well throw it on the pile of speculation right?
Listened to PHNX podcast about McVay recently preached about being demanding, but not demeaning. They mentioned how they go to practice and see Kliff still is working on that. There’s a difference between disciplinarian (which many of you are using as hyperbole) and someone who coaches accountability. I’ll 100% bet that McVay runs a tight ship. He’s a total details guy.

They probably think Rodgers is gone so he'll be coaching Jordan Love?
Again there’s no evidence either way about any part of the story other than a rule exists that would preclude kyler from calling his girlfriend . . . if he complies with the rule. People break rules all the time. Not giving the story any real credence, just commenting on the hypothetical if it were true.If they are lying about half the story it is very likely they are lying about all the story. You certainly can't put any credence into it
That’s a great way to put it: demanding but not demeaning is different from disciplinarian or country club activities director. There’s a spectrum.Listened to PHNX podcast about McVay recently preached about being demanding, but not demeaning. They mentioned how they go to practice and see Kliff still is working on that.
Special type of reaching here.Have we all forgotten about this coach bro story?
Not saying phones are ever officially allowed during halftime, but it wouldn't surprise me if it ever happened and I doubt anyone would be punished...because our young head coach is so understanding...
Cardinals to incorporate 'phone breaks' in meetings
Cardinals to incorporate 'phone breaks' in meetings
First-season Arizona coach Kliff Kingsbury is drawing notice after comments that "cell phone breaks, that's what it is now" will be given to his players every 20-30 minutes in meetings.www.nfl.com
"Cell phone breaks, that's what it is now," Kingsbury said, via the Cardinals' official website. "They're itching to get to those things."
"You start to see kind of hands twitching and legs shaking, and you know they need to get that social media fix," Kingsbury told reporters. "So, we'll let them hop over there and then get back in the meeting and refocus."
