Coleman Shelton agreed to a two-year deal to return to the Los Angeles Rams on Tuesday, the second day of free agency. He officially signed his contract on Thursday but before he even put pen to paper, he was putting in work with his new (and former) teammates.
Trainer Ryan Sorensen, who has worked with Andrew Whitworth, Cooper Kupp, Puka Nacua and other Rams players over the years, posted a video on Instagram Wednesday showing Shelton working out at his gym. Shelton was training with Kupp, Nacua and Jordan Whittington, all before even signing his Rams contract.
He wasted no time getting to work showing impressive work ethic and dedication in his return to Los Angeles.
Kupp is no longer his teammate in Los Angeles after being cut by the Rams, but the two knew each other from Shelton's first stint, which spanned 2019-2023. Shelton played one year with the Bears last season before returning to L.A. this week as a free-agent addition.
