I know it's in style to find faults with Colangelo's on this board and celebrate the Sarver reign, but I never remember the Colangelos not getting their targets.

not only that, but did the Colangelo's ever aim so low AND miss? It's funny, I can deal with the Cardinals being inept and still root for them because ineptitude is all I've ever seen from them, but I'm having a real hard time caring for or even not actively rooting against the Suns in the future because of how I grew up with them. It feels like someone is urinating on the franchise.

I'm not sure I get all the angst. Yes, Lue might have helped; but let's get real. He was released because he was the 4th string with the Hawks and 3rd string on the Mavs (around 10 minutes a game). He had no minutes in the Dallas playoff series.

My read on it is that he's a really small combo guard. He's not a natural point guard.

In style? This board is the biggest group of alarmists and Sarver haters on the internet.

how is 2.5 million more than double the 1.9 million the Celtics were apparently offering?

I expected they would offer that once the Posey deal fell through, but I am not aware they ever made the proposal.

We do know that the Heat wouldn't come up with the $1.9 LLE which was rumored last weekend. It sure sounded like his agent was trying to get somebody to come up with the money and for two years. If the Celtics had made the offer, it certainly looked like it would have been accepted.
