I would love the Cardinals to sign him. Young player who needs a change of scenery.

Hes a young player who needs a lobotomy.

Hes a less talented LB version of Albert Haynesworth. Just because a guy was a high draft pick, doesnt mean hes any good.

It doesnt always mean hes good but it does mean they usually have the foundation to be great, in other words: size, athleticism etc..

From my understanding hes a 2-down LB and a run stuffer. Id take a flyer on him for sure, especially with Dwash sidelined...

I would like to bring him in for a year and see what we can do with him. We need an ILB badly.

Why is everyone who hasn't turned out to be a superstar an Albert Haynesworth or Vernon Gholston ?

I would love for the Cards to bring him in. You always take a chance on talent, and he's very talented. I'm not saying give him a big contract but if you can get him reasonably, I have hard time thinking that he's not a better player than Jasper Brinkley.

The Raiders are a terrible organization. If he gets on a team that demands some accountability he could blossom into the type of player many thouht him to be coming out of Bama.

I wonder if the Ravens kick the tires on him. Ozzie Newsome loves Alabama

defenders and they need a linebacker

Won't use the term "love", but giving a former Raider a second chance last season turned out well for us and him.

When I heard the news on the yesterday about his release from the Raiders the radio guys used the word "cancer" to describe him.

Is their anything to that?

Groves was considered just not as good as he was predicted to he but didnt have any off field issues..mcclain was not professional ,lack work ethic,no humble. bad presence in the locker room

Talk to him and see where he is at. Could certainly use him if his head is on straight.

I feel he is worth a 1 year contract offer to see what kind of player and person he is. The Raiders have been disfunctional since they traded Jon Gruden to the Buc's. They fired Tom Cable and Hue Jackson after they started to turn the team around. I can understand why players might be disgrunted toward the organization.
