Gambo after getting owned on DHop, Pugh contract and Bidwill meeting Keim, Kliff may need to take a few months off. Dude had a rough month.

You aren't wrong...and I'm hoping I've been off on Mikey B's learning curve here. I'm all for hoping for the best when it comes to that aspect. That is the true wildcard IMO. Fingers crossed....for all of us.
MB has to demand some coaching/personnel changes, especially after Kyler’s comments about not studying film.

But as I said before this team has peaked with Kliff. We won’t win 11 games next year especially with the upcoming putrid Keim draft

It’s pretty crazy that after such a humiliating defeat, we’ve heard nary a peep from coach, GM or owner except for brief sounds bites in the post-game press conference.
I think the report from Kyle was point on, but the team didn't want that somebody knows that so they called instantly someone that would say otherwise and be trusted.

Overall, I think there is some very hard decisions to be made for Mike Bidwill, but also for Keim and Kliff. I think no contract will be extended this year. After the next season Keim and Kliff have to show something, else they should be gone.

If I was MB and Jim had interest, I’d be on my plane to Michigan right now.

But I am the furthest thing from MB, and I have a hard time believing Jim Harbaugh is interested in the organization (I don’t see any history/apparent relationships that even make this a plausible scenario). However, maybe he is a KM fan. The only similarities I see between KM and CK is they both have African bloodlines and they’re both threats to make big runs from QB. Aside from that, I don’t see any similarities.

I’ve been out on KK since last year. The whole 11 win thing is commendable and a great achievement in the history of this organization, but the back half slides are too much and can’t be discounted or even gingerbreaded with the, “well technically they made improvements year to year” crap.

Just like you have to do with first round draft picks: put down they’re astronomical combine numbers, metrics, and other stats, and just watch the tape/the dude play football. He either has a nose for the game or he doesn’t. I’ve watched enough KK. Unless he can convince me of the short comings and hang ups through honesty and humility, and has a plan to shore it up, im moving on. I believe KK will move on from here to become a good coach (coordinator, possibly get another HC opportunity), but it’s clear to me this experiment needs to end. If a guy like Jim Harbaugh is interested (in my best Mickey voice) “what are we waitin fer!!!!”

I think Michael wants to win, but he doesn’t know how to do it.

Just because you’re in the family business doesn’t mean you’re any good at it.
Everyone wants it.
But what is he doing to accomplish it?
He did several mistakes but are we sure he did learn from them?
He doesn't know and doesn't learn how to do it
Just let a great GM run the business

In defense of Michael Bidwill, since Michael took over Cardinals are top 15 in wins across the league.

If people hate how much it seems like the Cool Brothers “gang up” up on each other, just know it scares me too when I see a post of his that is, sometimes word for word, something I typed out and decided not to post... two minutes earlier.
