Being careful not to start a frenzy here but just wanted to point out that there is a thread on the 49ers board where someone claims to have seen a report on NFL Network that you guys were trying to trade for Huff. I have looked and found no report of it whatsoever but just thought you guys would be interested in seeing that it's being discussed, even if the guy who's reporting it ends up being full of it.

Take it for what it's worth. I'm in no way endorsing the guy, just pointing out that someone is claiming to have heard this. If it turns out to be complete B.S., don't shoot the messenger.

Hm. I think a 2nd and Franny is a little much myself. I'd also make Huff a cornerback with Rolle's move to saftey or an insurance policy in case Rolle's transition doesn't work.

Either way, it sorta smells.

Also the post was made 12 hours ago, wouldn't we have heard something by now?

I read every post on that board. Saw a lot of errors regarding the Cardinals. Saw a lot of Cardinal bashing too.

Did civility ever exist or was it just my 'magination, running away with me?

I hear you. I looked all ove the internet and didn't see anything anyway which is why I came here to check to see if you guys had heard it. Figured if it existed anywhere, someone here would have posted it.

As far as the bashing, take it with a grain of salt. Everybody needs to feel like they're justified in bashing someone... even if they're not.
