Been on record that I believe Mike Vick to be a mediocre QB. But a great athlete. Nothing more or less.

Well obviously it makes less sense for them currently since Kolb went down and hasnt looked great.

I do think philly is being disrespectful to Vick by not trading him though, hes ready to play in this league again and they basically handed the starting job to an unproven kolb.

Lastly, Vicks contract is up after this season i believe and if they dont trade him now they will get nothing for him because he will not resign unless he somehow ends up the starter this year. So personally, if they have that much confidence in Kolb then getting a 3rd rounder or so for their back up QB instead of nothing makes sense to me...

I'd rather roll with any of the 3 QBs on the roster than Vick. Dude has never been a good QB, and I don't expect him to become one now.

Give me Anderson, who will help us land a QB in the draft, or Hall or Skelton, who may be the QBOF.

I do agree Vick can obviously still play. Didn't look too bad week 1.


For me, I don't like the guy socially (but in football that accounts for jack squat), more importantly I don't think he would fit the Cardinals system, and lastly it is not the type of QB I personally would like in a scheme.

Yes, I will stick with Anderson, Hall, Skelton, and our awesome defense. JMHO

Why is it that the word "prejudice" has to come up whenever a black man is scrutinized or disagreed with? Stop with the race card! BTW, Vick served his time & we should be able to move on in regards to the dog issue. There are guys in the NFL with more character issues than Michael Vick. Do I like him as a QB for the Cardinals? NO, he's not a good fit for our offense. Whiz's offense can be explosive, but it is very structured and disciplined. Vick is at his best in a far looser scheme. The further Vick goes down the field, the less accurate he is. The opposite is true of DA. Whiz prefers the latter. Philly's WC offense prefers a guy like Vick. It's as simple as that.

Keep your whining to yourself. The Eagles threw him a life line and almost as soon as he was dragged aboard he has said stupid stuff......again.

I would prefer to play for the Panthers because the uniform is cool and I would get to beat the Falcons. This dude just thinks the world is against him and will never truly own up to his mistakes in life.

Be carefull throwing up in the bathroom. Mike Vick was just in there and left herpes all over the toilet (although it sounds like you might get them from him in a more direct manner)

There are three big reasons for not wanting Vick.

A) He was never a good quarterback
B) He is a sociopath
C) Lets not forget the whole Ron Mexico thing.

The dog thing is done and over with, if he was a cattle farmer and raised calfs just to sell them to slaughter would the outrage be there? I doubt it, its because its dogs and they are the most common pet. An animal is an animal there is a lot worse in the NFL then Vick
