Nice job Mitch. This IS a lovable team. The players look after each other, and help each other to be the best they can be. They are unselfish. One needs to look no farther than to Darnell Dockett's chiding of Karlos Dansby recently about dropping so many potential interceptions.

The result was Dansby's staying after practice to catch 100 balls each time for days to improve his hand eye coordination. That resulted in a pick six for Dansby at a critical juncture for the Colts. They were embarking on a much needed drive when Dansby picked Luck and returned it for a TD, AND a very deflating moment for the Colts just when they needed to mount an 'answer' score.

These players inspire each other, just as the coaches inspire the players. You are so very right about the students taking ownership of the classroom. This is but one example.

Have you all noticed how little the Bidwills are talked about when things are going well. Our discussions are more about our coaches and players. This is as it should be. Same goes for our GM. Who was Rod Graves anyway?

The Bidwills are still there though. The same ownership as when a Cardinals playoff team in 1998 turned into an absolute joke by 2000 and an NFC Championship team turned into an absolute joke 2010-2012. I sure hope Keim learned from those years and won't make the same mistakes that contributed to those tragedies.
