The offense moved the ball at will today and the defense held their own..... where does the responsibility of the coaches end and the production of the skill players on the field to execute begin?

I know..

I cant believe Green had 3 int's. Just ridiculous. At least Green did have the one TD to fitzgerald, that was a nice throw by him. Of course Green did drop 2 passes early on. That hurt..

Green also let Holt blow right by him on that TD to holt. What was he thinking? But the icing on the cake was that fumble Green had at the end of the game to seal it for the Rams. Green cant even get out from under center? I say bench Green for Green next week.

The coaches didn't make Kurt throw 3 picks. I am certainly not defending them as they all suck, but the majority of the blame falls directly on KW. Horrible play calling could be blamed for the turnovers, but its easy to blame the one committing them. Path of least resistance is so much nicer.

While I think Denny and his staff's coaching is usually subpar under the best of cirumstances, I found nothing troubling about not using the 2 minute in this case. It wasn't as though the Cards had struggled to move the ball. Last week, against SEA, was re[rehensible that they lollygagged it but this time, I am not sure it was as big a transgression.

Holy *****, I feel light-headed after kind of backhandedly supporting Denny

Yeah. That Green dude sucks. Worst armchair coach ever. Denny is not a motivator. Things go bad, they go REALLY bad. We have the talent but no motivation. Thats where the blame on DG falls.

You forgot that Green ran Bryant Johnson down from behind, also

Okay Kurt, Heres the play. It's third and goal. We'll play action to Edge and then you throw it right to Dexter Coakley. Got it?

What a joke, they should have scored a touchdown with 5:00 to 5:30 left on the clock. I saw one play they took 37 out of 40 seconds left on the play clock. We were screaming for them to hurry in the stands, its almost like the Cardinals didnt realize they were down two scores.

How about the challenge with 2:03 left in the game. The play ended around 2:30. I know they weren't sure if they wanted to challenge it, but to wait 30 seconds at this point in the game is really bad. Very amateur coaching on my part.

I'm beginning to wonder about Warner. The line blocked pretty well today and he still made stupid mistakes. I'm getting really sick of the nonchalant approach he takes. He is clearly not prepared to play football. Blame it on Step if you want, but good QB's adjust and make the play.

I do not agree. The Cards played their best game of the year on both sides of the ball. However we had two major reasons for the loss: (1) as a Cornerback, #22 Ware just could not keep up with whichever WR, either Holt or Bruce was put against him. The Rams picked his slowness up around the end of the first quarter, and then began throwing his way often. The Rams, who for the most part had been a running team on offense for the first two games, became a successful passing team against Ware. Not to say Ware did not have a good moment of so, like when he punched the ball and forced the fumble that Hayes recovered. But for the most part he was one of the major reasons the tide turned against us. (2) The three fumbles by Warner. You just cannot fumble that much and expect to be on the winning side.
But, I have to give credit the Cardinal players who not only played their hearts out but played very well.

Bite your tongue Shane. It is not Green's fault. Never is.

Ok now you're trolling

The coaching staff had their issues (That didn't cost us the game)but how in the hell does Warner get a free pass?

See Shane, I told you last week's game wasn't even close to the all time worst losses for this franchise. Now, THIS game, it was a Cardinals classic loss!

Being a sarcastic prick, getting to the point where you are infuriating people.

Thats being a troll.

All of your posts lately have been the exact same ... just blame the losses on Green. Okay we get it, you don't like the guy. Lets try adding more to the conversation like how exactly they could fix it. Like for example should we start Warner next week or Leinart? How about an actual breakdown of the game?

Repeating "Green Sucks" over and over and over again is annoying

You'll get you're wish soon enough but lets try being productive here

You Green apologists kill me. It is obvious that the players took part in this loss especially Warner(shhh dont tell anyone but players always take part in any loss).

But the bottom line is that under Green this team is 1-2 and he once again failed to have these players ready for the Rams. PERIOD! They were not ready mentally which is THE COACHES FAULT! The gameplan sucked which is THE COACHES FAULT! We are down two scores and under 5 minutes and the team is yet again standing around letting 30+ seconds tick off the clock before they snap the ball. Hmmm could we have used that 30 seconds at the end???? YEAH! Which again is THE COACHES FAULT! We didnt need to be in two minute yet but we certainly could have moved with a sense of urgency! He blew that challenge with HOLT it was obviously inconclusive. Could we have used that timeout at the end? YEP! That is THE COACHES FAULT!

The list goes on and on. But hey you guys are all right GREEN is blameless!

Does anyone actually read around here? I'm not saying Green is blameless in this god awful season thus far. Far from it. He'll probably be fired soon (unless they let him stay another year because of Leinart)

However sometimes we have to take into account how the players play isn't always directly related to coaching. I'm pretty sure there wasn't any playcalls to throw into triple coverage or throw it to a wide open LB in the endzone. That goes ALL on Kurt

What I'm getting annoyed by is 18890898908908908 threads a week and endless posts that usually come from the same people that just repeat themselves over and over again. It gets rather annoying and just takes away bandwidth from the site

I get it, Green will go soon and some of our problems might be solved by it. However being sarcastic and rude for the sake of doing so gets on my nerves, sorry but thats the truth of it

Can we have a conversation where we actually breakdown the game or actually think of solutions for the team? Or at least narrowing down the "Fire Green" threads to around one or two instead of 18? Is it that much to ask for?

I stepped over the line with that and I apologise for it.

I'm just asking for something more from you then just "Its Green's fault" over and over and over again. Come on you're better then that man

12-23 speaks for itself. That's as bad as McGinnis, Tobin, Bugel. Heck it only took Ryan two seasons to win 12 games.

Well every week Green gives us legitimate reasons to bring it up! If you cant see that then you need to not come here because thats what is going to be talked about.

This game lies squarely on the coaches shoulders anyway you slice it. Yes Warner screwed the pooch. But it wasnt his fault this team wasted a timeout, didnt have urgency on the field and get the plays in and ran quicker to save the clock, the team as a whole wasnt prepared, the gameplan etc... etc... etc....

Duckjake's post speaks for itself and pretty much sums it up. Thsi team is not being coaches up the way it should be. Or do you need to wait until after week 4 to see it?
