14 assists for Nash! The losses don't matter anymore.

i missed most of the game, thank goodness i didnt invest/waste my time in them this time.

turnovers when brooks was in, it looks like and the lack of 4th qtr production is all that i saw.

not only for this kings game...but for most of our games loses/barely-winning,
we miss a true pf/scorer it seems. when amare was here, we always had that inside game and a scorer. we have gortat, sure...but he doesnt have the athleticism and pure scorer mentality.

we try to pNr with nash and gortat(center), everyone colapses the paint on us and our pf(frye) is on the 3pt line. that gameplan doesnt work with this personel.

if nash stays, we need a true pf who can score.

Suns 0-2 since starting lineup, it is becoming more obvious what we lack. Maybe people will take off their blinders now

Suns lose 116-113. I can't believe we choked away a game to the Kings for the 3rd time this season.

Why do the Suns not play Dowdell with Nash playing on one leg. It's just not worth it anymore.
It's said to watch Steve limping.

It's sadder to see Gentry not compensating.

It's even sadder to see that we are a one-trick pony. It's do-or-die with Nash, and we're dying.

I hope the Front Office takes the responsibility of being realistic for next season.

A limping Point Guard and an exhausted Center is the formula for failure.

Opposing teams are now just camping out on Gortat. That's the Suns offense and opposing teams know it.

In terms of offense Gortat is not even close to what Amare is. We better hope his game evolves in the off-season or we retain Nash or get a good PG who can spoon feed him in the post.
If the Suns also get a good SG, it will be beneficial for Marcin.

It would be a good time for Sarver sell the Suns before things really get ugly. This was probably his plan anyway.

yes, exactly. amare found ways to take oppossing centers/pf of the dribble or pull up for that 15ft money jumper he's developed. im not saying gortat is not good, its just that he's not amare and we're playing him as a direct replacement to what amare was.

Way to use a loss to the Queens as a way to insult people. :raccoon:

Don't really matter how you view it, we have said it before but i must hate Dudley too since i have always maintain he is better coming off the bench when we get a legit 2 guard. I also stand by Gortat should be starting but it is not the main issue, if you cant accept that we dont have enough talent dont know what to tell you man.

right, at times when nash and amare ran pNr we had shooters.
now we have a 3pt shooting pf in frye. im not saying he's a bad player, but think about it...in the 4th qtr we have a 3pt shooting pf to close games.

and we usually have Hill out there, not a deadly 3pt shooter by all means, usually most effective from the corner but with the angle/spacing created by a nash/gortat pNr passing lanes and spacing arent there for Hill.

its a personel issue guys. imo gentry has his best players starting and finishing now, but that combination of players isnt enough to get the job done.

as for our sg issue, cant comment on duds right now. havent seen him and suns play enough to make an analysis. lol
but when VC was in there, well he sucked and missed a lot of shots. what good can i say about him?

I agree. Frye needs to be on the bench!

Whenever someone tries to say that our bench is sucking because Dudley & Gortat are starting, I will counter with Frye. Just giving everyone a heads up.

Dudley is not better than Crawford
He is not better than Ginobili
he is not better than Odom

This are players coming off the bench and contributing immensely for their team. We need Dudley's energy coming off the bench but we need a legit SG to make tht happen

All I'm sayin is that if you think Dudley should be on the bench simply because he has been a bench player mostly and that it'll help the bench, why don't you think Frye should be on the bench? Frye is a beast and that will help the bench. He's also been a bench for most of his career.

Even when I said what if the Suns got Josh Smith, some of you guys (not you specifically) were opposed to bringing Frye off the bench as if he's the next Tim Duncan or somethin.

I'm ok with bringing Dudley off the bench but I think after this season we have to get a natural PF and bring Frye off the bench too.

I gave my opinion on the Sun's problem and you gave yours, you just like to add that extra (whether warranted or not) cheapshot or slanderous BS.

i guess we might as well tank now, playoffs are not happening. its a shame cause we'd get a very banged up spurs team in the first round and I think that series could be winnable.

Why can't life be like the NBA 2k11 franchise I started today. In this offseason, a team offered me the #7 pick for Gortat and a second rounder. With that pick, somehow Derrick Williams fell to me. Then with the #14 I picked up Jan Vesely. With the cap room we had I signed Wilson Chandler and I drafted a project big man late in the 2nd round. Sadly this will be our real offseason imo:

Draft non-impact player at #14. Get a role player with the MLE. Win 30-35 games next year.

What's everyone's opinion of Marcus Thornton? He is a solid player that can get about 20 a night. He's just 23 yrs old and I doubt SAC will try to resign him for a reasonable price since they already have Evans.

If we don't draft Burks, he's one of the guys that I think we should have a careful look at.
