with the Cavs getting everyone back healthy and if the Spurs get Aldridge, with a healthy Durant back, whoever ends up in the Finals against Cleveland (Spurs, GS or OKC) will be a freaking war next year. All those teams will be loaded in that all shakes out.

More on Tyson Chandler's deal with Phoenix and the interest of LaMarcus Aldridge that I'm told is now peaked -

Sources: The Suns walked into meeting with LaMarcus Aldridge moments ago, armed with Tyson Chandler and his agreed upon multi-year contract.

As one source sagely explains: Suns certainly have player to appeal to PORT in sign-and-trade if LaMarcus Aldridge chooses PHX: Eric Bledsoe

but but but nobody wants Bledsoe.

Seems like an odd fit for Portland with Lillard there, but hey, if it means we got LA back, sign me up.

Robert Sarver has spent $122 million in a day and wants to spend more. Consider that for a moment.

interesting if we could somehow swap Aldridge for Bledsoe. I'd be all over that in a heartbeat. Who would play the two? Need a sweet shooter there (which we really need anyway). Or could the Morri be sent back in a sign and trade since the Blazers now have a gaping space at the 4?

Knight
????/Booker
Tucker/Warren
Aldridge/Kieff
Chandler/Len

Kinda looks like... the Blazers. Maybe a little deeper/better.

Right! What wings are available that would fill that spot for PHX?

I loved Crabbe in college. Include him from POR?
Maybe not any better than Booker though.

I thought Wayne Ellington was an good shooter in the times I saw him last year.

Bring back Thornton?

JRich? Jason Terry?

Pretty sure it would be Len. They will have lost LA, Robin Lopez, Batum and Chris Kaman and have replaced them with Plumlee and a raw 19 year old from Charlotte.

It would be the Morri and if we are generous maybe a couple of protected picks.

We are not trading Len for LMA. Especially when we only have to move out 9M$.

New wrinkle thanks to followers: If Suns remain "over the cap" team, acquire Chandler via SnT, then only need to trade out $9 mil to get LMA

Gerald Green, unless he signed somewhere else already.

Len doesn't make any money. 3.8M this year.

The only large salary they have is Bledsoe. Or both of the Twins combined.

But you guys are missing the part that Portland said they will not do a S&T, so to get them to, they need to want the prices and can be picky. So good luck forcing players they do want or don't need.
