No way it's a trap. This game was too sloppy and the raiders did us a favor and almost beat the Chargers. That serves as more than a wake up call.

I think this team is far to scrappy and has way too much desire to win to fall into any traps. If we lose it will be because we got beat not because we took them lightly.

That being said, the Raiders are totally a trap game. Despite what people think. Carr threw that football all over the field. 4 tds against the Chargers. They throw 4 against us and we lose. Period. We have to take them seriously. They are potent on offense with Carr. He's young and dumb and doesn't realize they're outmatched. He's liable to do anything.

This is a trap game by no means.. The cards should win regardless but coach BA will by all means necessary make sure to let them know this. The raiders playing a great game last week helps a lot too! Couldn't have happened at a better time honestly. Palmer and JV will be pumped to go back. The reason this was such a high scoring game in the first place was due to being a div. opponent.. The rams play their best games of the year against other NFC west teams and others all around the league same story. If we lose we lose... But it won't be because we took the raiders lightly. I truly believe BA is the best coach in the league. Name another coach that would fit (in az) and make the cards better. I've tried and can't be happier with Bruce.

Their not just a conference team, their a division team.

I don't think you need to really worry about this game. Like I said about the Redskins game, the Cardinals will have to intentionally try to lose in order to lose to Oakland. Their the worst team in football for a reason.

The Chargers sucked against them cause it was in Oakland and a division rivalry. Plus the Chargers defense was awful and didn't bother showing up.

Rivers and co lit up the Raiders "defense". I suspect Palmer will do the same exact thing.

If Brandon Oliver went off for 125 total yards and a TD, imagine what Andre Ellington will do to this team.

Quit worrying, us fans are allowed to overlook opponents, the players and coaches on the other hand are PAID to not do that.

I just look at the talented players the Raiders have on offense- Carr, McFadden, Jone-Drew(so far a dud), Jones, Holmes, Butler, Janakowski, etc. They have some serious talent, but can't find ways to win (or just find ways to lose). I can see this being a scary game as well. I mentioned earlier that we should be ok, but now I am a little frightened. Sure hope it doesn't come down to a Janakowski FG for the win...
