My thoughts too, he has ties to Arizona, he fits the profile to a T of what the bidwills will think is a good hire.

Martz in a way reminds me of my dad when we go fishing. I am convinced that his goal is not catch fish and have fun, but catch fish in a place or way that nobody else does, so that you can later brag about it. If you tell him where to fish, he'll go out of his way to NOT fish there. Martz is the same way, he doesn't just want to win, he wants to win doing things everyone else says you can't do.

Aha, quick, lets' start a bunch of threads about how great it would be if we hired Martz instead of being stupid and hiring a consultant to help us pick a qualified GM and then let him hire the coach.
