Cmon man, if you cant extract any joy or positives out of the Rookie leading a game winning drive then why are you still watching at all?
Bert, I never make a negative post about the Cards. I just simply stated the truth. You can be a huge fan of the team and still tell the truth.

We barely beat them TRUE
They are terrible: TRUE
The are injury riddled: TRUE
We played them at home: TRUE

You are putting words in my mouth by saying I didn't enjoy it. I did enjoy it but any fan has the right to post their thoughts, that what this board is for.

I was just stating the obvious, not putting the Cards down. I have watched every game, that is why I stand behind my statement.

people were really bashing Rosen before the comeback? With an atrocious O-line, no running game and terrible OCs/first time OCs, the kid is basically playing blindfolded with both hands tied behind his back. AND he's a rookie! People need to re-freaking-lax!

And yes, I'd be saying this even if he didn't look like the man AGAIN late in the game, just like he did against Chicago before Wilks and Co. crapped the bed... and just like he did before Dawson crapped the bed against Seattle.

He's going to have massive ups and downs, and some AWFUL games like last week, but what we're seeing are GREAT FLASHES.

Couldn't be more excited about him.

This wasn't perfect. Team played terrible, even giving up at times(PP on SF's TD, ugh). But this is something to build on. Think about it. As bad as this team has played, this team could conceivably be 4-4. But then again 4-4 would mean McCoy is still OC. But Rosen led this team to victory. But after the 1st play of the game, I shook my head and was about to turn the TV off but I kept watching. Unlike last week, the team kept on plugging, even after miserable mistakes(Gresham, I'm looking at you). Rosen showed me something and that's that he's a fighter. I like that. I said I wasn't convinced but I'm starting to turn. We're nowhere near a playoff contender and probably won't win 4 games but at least we have something to build around. I still don't think Wilks is the one to get us there. The guy still looks lost.

I didn't actually put words in your mouth but let's just drop it because I wasn't trying to start an argument. I apologize if it felt like I was speaking for you that wasn't my intention. I just meant like; hey comon buddy, we won! That was cool for once instead of being soul crushing and embarrassing. :)

Your assessment is not wrong. Just dont forget to allow yourself to enjoy the little things my friend.

That throw under duress to Larry with about 11 mins left? Are you kidding me? That was phenomenal.

Shoot, the pass to JJ in the endzone was friggin beautiful, Sherman just made a hell of a play.

This kid definitely has poise. I realize this season is gone I'm not stupid, but when I think of the future I'm really glad we drafted this kid cuz I see things I like.

Yeah I was pretty mad at PP, but did you notice that after Larry scored his TD that he went straight to PP on the bench and said something to him in his ear? I'd like to think it was; "that's how a professional does it you whiney little...." But it was probably more to the effect of; "Now you go make a play." Which Peterson did in that next defensive stand.

So for now, he's like off my list but I wrote it in pencil and didn't erase it really well, so he's still there and could go back at any minute.

I'm just so happy we have Larry. We dont win this game without him.

Did you guys see him spike it on the 2pt conversion? I said to my Dad, I think that might be the first time I ever saw Larry SPIKE! lol #100%HYPED

Larry mentioned after the game that was the first time he spiked it. It was great to see.

Apparently more to the Fitz spike story, he was upset his son did not want to attend game and support the Cards, instead opting for the state fair. Article on espn about it. Man talk about a little dig at your father to not want to attend your game because the Cardinals suck lol wow.

The fact that D-Buc was on the sidelines most of first 8 weeks when your run game was worst in the league is something that is in excusable.

what type of coach leaves an NFL starting caliber player off the field while your scheme is getting gashed again and again and again in run game.
