They are not a finished product especially with payroll parameters but they are playing above heads this post season. We caught a break against the Brewers being down starter, LA rolling out an old Kershaw along with some starters out. But the Phillies are very complete and that’s what money buys and looks fantastic when it works unlike the Mets

I’m not saying we need to match their payroll but there’s no reason why we cant up our game with this young core and fill a couple of gaping holes on this team. The fans will hate Kendrick even more if he does not make a legit attempt to improve this team especially after the Taste of playoff baseball this year
