Interesting game of chicken going on here...I think Warner will blink first.
Warner's agent is delusional if he thinks the lack of options and Warner's known preference to stay in AZ doesn't factor into the offer. Being stubborn is only delaying the inevitable.
Unbelievable.
That is all I am going to say.
:heu:
Here's the thing: the more Warner put forth the "Arizona or Retirement" talks, the more he may have cost himself.
Don't think Warner's loyal remarks were the best to make if he wanted to make the payday his agent's calling for. Teams will look at this as Arizona bidding against themselves.
Not mention Warner has very explicitly stated he does not want to uproot his family again. I am not convinced there is a huge market for him.
I'd be surprised to see him sign a big money contract somewhere.
Ehh.. It's early yet. Don't get too prematurely upset, I still think Warner will remain in Arizona.
Leinart me up.
He's got a market, the question is how many of those teams will Warner have legitimate interest.
Don't think the Lions wouldn't salivate over the chance to bring him in. However, do you think Kurt wants to finish his career getting his ass kicked in Detroit?
The Jets? They're facing the possibility of having Kellen Clemens or Erik Ainge as their starting QB next season.. Nuff said. Again though, does Warner turn down the Cards for the Jets? I doubt it.
Chicago? See above.
Kansas City? Again...
Really, there's a market of teams in need of a QB, however not all of them will be places Warner would have much interest in.
I agree.
TB has so much cap room, it isnt even funny. They have to be the front runner right for many of the top FAs.
Unbelievable.
That is all I am going to say.

your suprised?
Remember...Graves will never change!!!
LOL..
When all else fails.. Blame Rod Graves.
who else? How many of our guys did we resign already? Who's job is that? When it happens year in year out with this clown, he is to blame.
