Apparently LiAngelo has said the Suns like how he can play multiple positions.
Well gee, if one of the Ball Boys said it, it must be true. They spew as much nonsense as our idiot President.

I blame ColdPickleNacho is the Suns waste their 59th pick on Ball.

Clips have #12 and #13. I think they would be a perfect trading partner. #13 I think could get us Shai which would set us up nicely . His fg is .485 and 3P% is .404. His wingspan is tremendous and his height is excellent. His defense could help cover for Booker.
It's my understanding that the Clippers are interested in packaging those picks together to move up higher in the draft, not down. And I am not sure why they would be interested in weakening their draft position to get a couple of fringe players from us.

I think the logic in the above trade is that the Clippers would lose the guaranteed salary of Boban Marjanovic for the two non-guaranteed salaries of Reed and Williams.
The Clippers minimally would want the 31st pick as well.
I can see Boban having his uses but I don't want to give up Reed and Williams - they are both valuable for our second unit. With, say, Harrison at point, TJ on the wing, and Alex Peters rounding it out at PF, that could be a high scoring second unit and also pretty strong defensively. Against most teams second unit they'd gain ground.
I was only trying to make some sense of the Valley of the Suns trade article.
I wouldn't recommend that as a regular practice if you'd like to keep your sanity.
Fringe players both coming off injury no less. I’d love the trade but it has zero chance of happening. It's my understanding that the Clippers are interested in packaging those picks together to move up higher in the draft, not down. Haha “assortment of crap”Well good luck to them getting much higher in this draft. That's a hard nut to crack. Plus dont they have a lot holes to fill? They would only be dropping three slots and for the service they could score an assortment of goodies players/picks
Haha “assortment of crap”
There’s only cap relief. If it were a mixture of talent, pick(s), and cap relief just to move up 3 spots I think that is a lot more realistic than trading up for Doncic...or even Young. That would cost the moon.
There’s only cap relief.
59th pick is essentially a free agent.
Williams was a free agent and coming off injury. And he’s an undersized old school center.
Reed is an unproven coming off injury 2nd rounder.
That’s the equivalent of crap.

I think Pokerface is talking about the inclusion of the 16th pick and the 31st pick to get to #13.
Trust me no matter how many mocks I see they all seem to run out of top end talent at 14. I WANT that trade. I just see zero reason for clips to do it.That's was just one proposed deal Ouchie. That deal could be tweeked. Bottomline the 13th pick is probably our best shot at getting a future pg that is desirable. #16 could be game over.
A trade is certainly within reach.
I think that gets it done.I think Pokerface is talking about the inclusion of the 16th pick and the 31st pick to get to #13.
I hope our picks after #1 are traded for a vet PG.
