Well that is it. A 3-4 OSLB that can't stop the run is worthless. But I think he will bulk up when he hits the NFL and his technique could be coached up.

He is a good open field tackler but not great at tackling while being blocked (I don't know the term, but you will see a guy disengage as the back runs by him and make the tackle, I haven't seen that from Sidbury). He isn't great against the run, but from the few games I saw, he wasn't bad.. I'd say average (although given the competition, I can see the worry)

Does anyone else think this draft class as a whole won't have many immediate impact guys?

Sammie Lee Hill, the huge Stillman tackle goes to Detroit.

Beanie Wells will make an immediate impact. Cody Brown might become starter, might be in development for a long time. Rashad Johnson will make an impact though, he'll finally take Aaron Francisco off of the field which is an immediate impact in itself. As a hole, I see some potential but not a lot of immediate impact players. Bengals will probably have a bunch of new starters next year though.

For the league as a whole? I think it will be more like a typical draft in that it will have a limited amount of immediate impact guys but will have plenty of depth players.

It will be nowhere close to last year's draft which was probably the best draft for immediate impact players in like 20 years

If that is about the Cardinals, I think we are used to our usual teams where we are usually still drafting starters at this point.. finally we are at a level where like the Pats and Steelers, our picks will be eventual starters, but are not asked to start immediately. That is a great sign that we are turning (have turned?) the corner.

Tampa gota good one in Kyle Moore, but I wonder if they will play him at DT. I kinda thought that he would be drafted as a 3-4 end.

I trust our staff.

And Kiper and Mayock loved the johnson pick. They had to shut Kiper up because he was gushing so much.

He's a big game player, who played for a premier team in a premier conference, playing for a premier coach. And he was a captain on the team.

I like the plan. And our decision makers.

I agree. Big find and good pick for the FO. I like all 3 picks so far.

The Saints must really like Wake Forest.

I don't see how we could pass up Moore, Sidbury, Ingram, or Robinson if they are still on the board.

There is some fine talent still available.

Finally DJ Moore goes off the board....to the team that he'd be an ideal fit for. He'll thrive in the Cover 2.

Shogun-Do you think that they will use K Moore as a traditional base DE on first and second downs and inside in nickle?
