Woo hoo!
I went to Majerle's in Chandler, got Bert Berry's autograph on my NFC Championship game ticket, then got kicked out for being too drunk - why'd they keep serving me?

Hopefully someone else drove you home.

OU's Iglesias finally got drafted to Chicago. Cutler gets a steady receiver.

who cares what pfw says...I base it on what I saw of him on tape...

I trust our staff.

And Kiper and Mayock loved the johnson pick. They had to shut Kiper up because he was gushing so much.

He's a big game player, who played for a premier team in a premier conference, playing for a premier coach. And he was a captain on the team.

I like the plan. And our decision makers.

We had the worst rushing attack in the league last season.....addressed in the first round with Beanie wells

We had the highest passing TDs allowed in the league last season and lost the Superbowl on the last drive due to missed assignments......addressed depth with Bryant McFadden and now Rashad Johnson. Nice to see we are getting BPA and working on our deficiencies at the same time
Cody Brown also can help with pass rush.

There must be a reason every team in the NFL has passed on the guy...most multiple times. Just because PFW or whatever says he is rated high doesn't mean NFL scouting depts feel the same.
who cares what pfw says...I base it on what I saw of him on tape... My problem is it does not matter how deep and talented our secondary is, without a real pass rush it leaves them on an island leading to inevitible breakdowns... Can't have a great secondary without pressure on the QB....

Jason Williams, Michael Johnson and Levy were the only OLB prospects taken in the 3rd round.

It's a deep draft, and it's playing out.

You actually watched Richmond games on tape? Or are you talking about you have seen his highlights? Big difference between watching tape and watching highlights.

Also can he play in a 3-4. Not everyone can. Pass rushers are at a premium, you can find them later but for the most part they are all picked in the first 3 rounds. If your not picked in the first 3 rounds scouts think of you as a raw pass rusher who needs a lot of time to develop.

Everyone here agrees we need pass rush. Brown is a part of that. But you also have to to take BPA. The draft is a crap shoot, BPA gives you better odds of getting a solid player.

We can only carry so many players at one position on the roster.

Berry, Laboy, Haggans, Okeafor, and Cody Brown are our OLBs at the moment. We can't carry that many more.

We will get one or two more pass rushers in this draft. Don't worry, trust in WhizIm sure the 4th round will bring us one and we'll get another in either the 6th or 7th.

A VERY solid draft, so far...

Picking at the end of the line, ZERO trades where we gave up anything. There's every reason to believe these guys will contribute to this team. GO CARDS!! :D
