For the record, everyone needs to stop doubting the Gambo / Sarver love relationship since Gambo called the pick like 2 minutes into the clock.
Wow, Len averaged 7.8 rebounds per game. Must have been because "the guards didn't give him the ball enough."

I cannot believe Bazz is still available.
I'd love to see the Suns draft board. I wonder if Len was tops.
1) Zeller - Strengths: Caucasian
Has a brother who played for the team
2) Len - Strengths: Caucasian
7.8 rebounds in 26 minutes is not really that bad. Noel averaged 9.5 in 31.5 minutes. I am pretty sure that's the exact same rate. Without doing the math, I'd say that's 11.9-ish for Noel and 11.7-ish for Len.
My guess is Suns really wanted Zeller and would have grabbed him if Charlotte had taken Len or someone else instead. So maybe you can evaluate it from that perspective - ie, would Zeller had been a more infuriating choice (I think so)? They obviously weren't blowing smoke about not liking McLemore.
In any case, it doesn't impact "throwing" next season for a shot at Wiggins. At least there's that upside.
Which raises a question about the minutes he is able to play.
Yea cause people thought Cleveland was stupid enough to take Len.Len was projected to go #1 on Draft Net and #4 at Draft Express.
Word from McDonough is that Len was #1 on their board. If they had the #1 pick, they would have taken him.
So, they had a board, and regardless of who dropped where, they stuck to it.
Oh, come on man, quit your whining. Your argument was invalid, stop picking another argument. I don't really like the pick either, but let's be fair to the guy. Lots of college freshmen don't play a lot of minutes.
this is probably spin...HOPEFULLY spin. otherwise, they are even dumber then I thought.
