I'm back in town now so of course nothing happened in central PHX.

I was just leaving work at 1:30p and I just got into my car and all hell broke loose in Prescott. I couldn't even see the stop light 20 feet in front of me and I am lucky my windshield didn't shatter from all of the hail.

Ya big storms popping up today....hopefully enough can get going that something moves down into the valley tonight. I NEED RAIN!!

I have an orange tree in the corner of my hard that needs water. My wife's dog's chewed the sprinklers to it and the 100 foot hose that could reach it. I've been doing bucket brigade trying to keep that thing watered until I have the time to fix the sprinklers. Needless to say it was wilting until the Saturday downpour we got.

I need another soaking to get that tree through the week

Stuff is about to explode over the southern part of the valley, there are outflow boundries moving from the storms going in every direction. Hopefully tonight is just a huge rain event.

Ya I am not sure which direction I should be looking for storms....the flow is so light aloft that they are pretty much just drifting in a given direction. Still no rain in Tempe though.

I think there's even those yellow boxes around the storms!! Incredible...

You must be able to see them if you look west...
