It looks like things are starting to cook up pretty good out there and the NWS radar is down for maintenence.

You must be going through withdrawls Mike. :D

It does look good out there and you must be reading my mind :) Came right home to flip on the radar....seems to be loading right now, but I wonder if it's still down for maintenance.

Stupid storm jumped my house too....this has been the worst monsoon season that I can remember. Hopefully the hurricane in the atlantic will bring some good moisture to the state towards the end of next week....I need some rain.

Well I work in Glendale and live in Maricopa. I usually take 51st Ave south until it turns into Riggs and I link up with the 347. Well, I saw the dust coming, but as usual I think I am invincible so I tested it and it was a mess. Pretty much zero visibility for a long stretch. This is the second time I've tested that road during a monsoon storm, the first with rediculous rain, this time with martian dust storms. I was in the eye of the haboob. I think I'll sit in traffic on I-10 for now on. What site do you gusy use to post pics? I have a doozy as I sat parked on the side of the road.
