HOLY CRAP! It hasn't rained this hard in a VERY long time.

And another round of storms coming through again.....wasn't expecting this tonight. Thought there was gonna be a good chance tomorrow though. Probably not anymore with this much rain tonight, well over .6 inches at my house

I should state I didn't open the windows until a couple of hours after the electrical storm was over. Some of the lightning and thunder had about a 2 second delay between them and I was running the "Monsoon Safety Tips" through my head. (I actually watch those programs.)

Just went into town and there is standing water everywhere. Also only about 80 degrees. Nice.

Heat island! Watched massive thunderheads fall apart as soon as they crossed the San Tans. Twenty years ago I bet we'd all have been wading in ankle deep water.
