James Hodgins in the 80's? Trade him for a good draft pick.

Warner's 90 Awareness rating is going to be key. The new passing system allows more aware QBs to see more of the field than an inexperienced player.

It's clutch that the starting TE is going to have a rating of 65 and a pass block and run block rating in the 50s. Hopefully someone will be available on waivers (both in real life and the game...).

Calvin Pace has to love that he has the same rating as Wendell Bryant.

Too bad it doesn't say what the final rating is going to be, but I'll guess that it's somewhere in the low 80s.

Where do we check out other team ratings? These all sound fine and good but without something to compare them to, how do we know how good/bad they are? JJ Arrington with a 92 in speed sounds alright, but if Bettis is at 88 and Portis is a 99 then 92 doesn't look very good for one of the quickest players in the draft.

That's the NFC West...it's the only division it's done thus far

I think Berry should be higher than a 93, he's led the NFC in sacks every year since 2004.

Looks like Madden has us finishing last in talent.

LASTNAME Position JERSEYNUMBER OVERALLRATING SPEED ACCELERATION STRENGTH AGILITY AWARENESS CATCHING

Archuleta SS 31 90 85 89 73 82 83 55
ParrishSS 33 92 85 84 65 85 85 78
Boulware SS 28 81 87 92 64 87 66 72
Wilson SS 24 88 88 91 64 84 76 64

So, Wilson is the 3rd best SS in the NFC West????

Holt WR 81 96 96 96 54 93 95 97
Bruce WR 80 92 93 94 45 96 95 95
Jackson WR 82 89 88 91 59 91 90 92
Anquan Boldin WR 81 88 88 91 68 90 82 90
Larry Fitzgerald WR 11 87 88 90 66 89 78 89

Other than perhaps Seahawks and Rams fans, is there anyone out there that would take Jackson or Bruce over Q or Fitz to start the season?

He's as fast as Shaun Alexander.

1 slower than Issac Bruce

4 slower than Torry Holt

2 faster than Marshall Faulk

4 faster than Stephen Jackson.

They are mostly about right.

Bryant Johnson is a bit low, I have him at 80 overall. Quentin Harris is WAY overated and Adrian Wilson is slightly underated. I would bump A dub to a 90 overall.

I think they pegged Dansby and Dockett very well. They will progress like crazy because they are only in their 2nd year.

Our rookies are also rated very well. And they where pretty generous (sp?) with them.

Archuleta is so incredibly overated that it's a joke. That guy hasn't done anything recently.

Also, anyone who is going to use Josh over Kurt is going to die a horrible death with the new vision cone. Kurt has a 90 AWR, which is HUGE.

I also would have liked to see Wilson higher, and is Darling starting this year? Because if not someone is getting benched for him. Also, Hodgins as our 4th best player?

But in '05 AWR was the easiest stat to raise.

I love how the initial ratings do not matter as long as you have the modem. Being able do update ratings kicks so much ass!! If some of the Cards start tearing it up next season, we will not have to wait to 07 to us seven too see their ratings improve

maybe the only game the madden programmers watched all season of the Cardinals was week 1 and they said, "Whoa, the Harris is a solid 79"
