Yes, but everyone forgets that it was really “World’s Strongest Man” Justin Smith that made that defense go. It allowed Willis and Bowman to stay clean most of the time and just tee off on ball carriers.

I watched a breakdown that showed how Smith would stunt towards the OT, hold him, and Aldon Smith would run around him for sacks. Obviously cheating but worked brilliantly because refs arent looking for holding on DL in pass rush situations.
