Yup, completely agree. Shanahan is not a great HC, but he’s not Kliff-level awful either. He has Mr. Irrelevant coached up enough to beat a good Dolphins team.

Brock Purdy? Looked pretty good. Mr. Irrelevant was very relevant today. SF looked pretty tough although Tua really was off today for much of the game.

Why’s Shanahan not a great coach? He seems to maximize every players talent on both sides of the ball, has excellent offensive schemes. Jimmy G is a bottom half 16 QB and they are contenders regularly.
