What happened is that they simply are not as good as they looked last season. They are akin to the 2015 Panthers. Everything broke right for them last season and they got lucky Foles got hot in the playoffs and SB. They're a good team just not THAT good. Also, due to Foles being mediocre this season caused them to bring Wentz back too early. Wentz still isn't 100%. You simply do not come back from an ACL tear that quickly.

Oh, and my heart goes out to Alex Smith.
