Shaun Hill is one of the better, more competent backups in the NFL. He is a veteran and knows his limitations and how to manage a game a la Alex Smith. This is a team that is built to have a game manager (elite RB, great defense). I still think Minny is a playoff team.

I think Minnesota goes hard after Mark Sanchez now.

Feel terrible for Bridgewater, seems like a decent dude.

With that being said, didn't we have a field day the last time our D played against Hill and the Rams?

Brutal. Still hope the MRI results come out as nothing that will cause him to miss the full season and maybe just a few weeks if that.

I've seen a non-contact injury that had all of the following: torn MCL, ACL, LCL, and dislocated kneecap. We are also assuming it is a knee, but it could be a quad that snapped and rolled up his leg. I've seen that in a non-contact situation too and the guy was "grasping his knee" like Bridgewater was reported to be doing. Lots of options in that part of the body.

That coukd be his Patellar Tendon....i blew that 11 years ago..its scary but doesnt hurt....so maybe bone displacement too...like it ripped part of his femur or something. That could cause the major pain and trauma.
