Im terrible at embedding :(

It's really easy. You just have to go to the YouTube link, copy the video id (which is the garbled number of text and numbers - in this case xjxI9OD3h3A), and paste it between youtube tags.

Just type [ youtube ]xjxI9OD3h3A[/youtube] and you are there. Just remove the spaces and you get this:

Oh, yeah, and roids was the first thing I thought of, but I don't know.

I want him. He's a bulldozer. Our team's blocking effort is laughable at best, and he'd bring a little something that this team is lacking: passion.

I wanted him.... Proud to admit it. He's in the LSH mold..... Very loyal, and team-oriented. Unfortunately he was drafted a bit early.

From an IQ standpoint though.......:doi: lol

Back in the old days of wrestling they would make small razor cuts on their foreheads and then come out without bleeding then get that area pounded and bleed like a stuck pig.Nothing new here. Its all an act.:)

We go to Qwest field next week and we better put Hassleback on the ground and make that rib hurt again.Don't know who's gonna do it but its got to be done.Shaub was having to throw on the run in the first half.Don't know if Baldy can do that.:D

I think he's got a screw loose; tighten it up and he'll be good to go..

He did that at WVU too. Not to that extent, but their is video of him hitting his head with his own helmet. Great kid, great blocker and has great hands out of the backfield. Has started for Seattle since getting drafted.

You may call him stupid but he is a fierce competitor and the type of guy you'd all love if he were on the Cards.

i like owen - but it's not true that he's been a starter the whole time

last year he got a lot of bench time behind leonard weaver

this year griffith is the primary blocking FB (who returns from injury this week) and is considered by most to be the "starting" FB

i do see owen growing more each game though

I like him too. He reminds me of Larry Centers.

My bad. The couple of seahawks games I watched he started, but I defer to your opinion since you follow them and I do not.

Either way, great kid to have on your team - tough as nails!

yeah - i definitely like what he can bring

also led to some decent comments and quotes

my favorite is craig terrill stating that "owen schmitt smashed three plates on his head before eating breakfast ... just the kind of guy he is"
